Remarqz provides an AI-powered review generation and management platform that includes:
- AI review creator
- SEO optimization via Google aggregation
- Google review collector
- Negative review manager
- Customizable review widget
- Manual Google reviews collector
- Photo and video collection capabilities

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND TRIAL

3.1. Free Trial
- We offer a 14-day free trial period
- Credit card information is required to start the trial
- No charges will be made during the trial period

3.2. Subscription Plans
- Annual prepayment: €3.95 per month
- Monthly payment (annual contract): €4.95 per month
- Premium tier: €8.95 per month for unlimited Google review uploads

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse or manipulate the review generation system
- Not create duplicate or fake reviews

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law

You may terminate your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately for:
